Parminder is a Young Dentist Finalist for the year 2019.

Parminder is a Diamond Invisalign provider and has successfully treated over 1000 orthodontic cases using fixed and removable braces. He is accredited to provide Six Month Smiles, Quick Straight Teeth, Fast Braces and many more. Having completed many postgraduate orthodontic seminars and courses, Parminder is highly skilled and trained to getting the best results from orthodontic and cosmetic treatments in Essex and London.

Parminder has taught and mentored other dental colleagues in orthodontic and cosmetic treatments. He is a mentor on the Quick Straight Teeth Orthodontic course in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

He has grown Viva Dental Studio with the help of his great team over the last few years. Parminder has treated celebrities like Simon Webbe from Blue and Jack Fowler. He predominantly provides confident smiles for local residents of Hornchurch and surrounding areas in and around Essex.

Parminder offers general day-to-day dentistry, orthodontics, anti-wrinkle treatments including dermal fillers and non-surgical smile makeovers. Other colleagues from surrounding practices refer Endodontic (root canal) procedures of varying complexity to be completed by him. He enjoys transforming smiles using non-invasive methods, which are long lasting and aesthetic. His main focus in dentistry is to provide teeth straightening (orthodontics), cosmetic teeth bonding, root canal treatments (Endodontics) and facial aesthetics (anti wrinkle treatments).

Parminder has certifications in many modern restorative and cosmetic procedures available today. He completed a yearlong advanced Aesthetic Restorative course at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute (University College London). Parminder has a keen interest in Endodontic root treatments and completed a Diploma in Endodontic (root canal) Practice with Merit at the Eastman Dental Institute in 2015. He continues to further advance his dental skill set and range of treatments offered to his new and existing patients. Parminder qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from Birmingham University in 2009. He has since worked in London and Essex at both National Health and Private Dental Practices.

Being keen on further education and self-improvement, Parminder has gathered a portfolio of dental cases and gained further post-graduate qualifications. He has been a member of the joint dental faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England since 2010.

Parminder has an active interest in travelling and classic cars. Ask him about the current book he is reading on self-development and autobiographies.

Harneet Sohal qualified from King’s College Hospital in Hygiene and Therapy. Prior to attending Kings, she graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a degree in Biomedical Science.

Harneet has a keen interest in educating patients in all aspects of their oral hygiene; she endeavours to ensure all patients understand the importance of it. As a dental therapist, Harneet can provide fillings, preventative dental advice and is highly skilled in treating children.

You can see Harneet for teeth whitening using Enlighten or Boutique. For future progression she hopes to broaden her knowledge by undertaking periodontal (gum disease) courses.

Malissa is the surgery’s Practice Manager, Senior Nurse and Receptionist. Her duties at Viva Dental Studio are to assist the Principal Dentist as well as all other staff members. Malissa ensures Viva Dental Studio runs efficiently and smoothly making your visit pleasant and joyful.

Malissa has a knowledgeable background in dentistry. She has been a GDC Registered Dental Nurse for the last 12 years with 16 years’ experience overall.

She qualified in Dental Sedation Nursing in March 2016 and is due to start her Dental Impression course in October of this year. She is highly skilled in customer service and has an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.

In her spare time, Malissa enjoys socialising with friends and family, likes going on holiday and enjoys dancing. Malissa is highly recognised by the British Ballet Organisation where she has been awarded many certificates in Ballet and Tap.
